    I rely a lot on customer reviews to help make my decision if I’m choosing between different products but unfortunately I don’t usually take the time to do reviews myself. After I received my order, I knew that if I liked how this brand worked for me I would definitely leave a review, which says a lot in and of itself. I, like others, was blown away by the size of the roll! I always order my black paracord in 1,000 ft rolls, but this one is definitely bigger that I’ve ever seen! I have a small business where I make paracord grab handles and other accessories for Jeeps so I go through thousands of feet of black a year. I tend to have a favorite brand but sometimes I like to try out some others to see if I’m missing out on something and I’m so glad I took a chance on this. It is definitely larger in diameter and a bit stiffer than others which, in my particular application, is great. So, if you are looking for a heavier duty version of paracord this is an awesome choice!

    One of tge wheels of the spindle was broken because it was dropped or something heavy dropped on it. Otherwise would give 5*’s. Didn’t affect the usability of the rope but would have been a tad harder to unravel sections w/o my duct tape fix😒. Pictures are halfway through my repair job. I had to unravel 3/4 of the rope so I could get to a solid surface for the tape to stick to 😑

    Just received the 1000 lb. 250 ft. Paracord Color OD. The cord or rope as its stated looks well made and thick compared to typical 750 lb. cord. I expect it will manage the jobs I use it for. One pesky & unfortunate problem is the spool has only one end where a flat piece holds the cord. The opposite side the flat piece is omitted (see images). This side allows the cord to unravel and creates a 250ft mess. Now you’re forced to spend a few hours to re-wrapping 250 ft of cord. Assuming you have another spool (or facsimile) handy to wrap up the mess. Also, the spool was snapped in 2 pieces which didn’t help. The plastic spool is made if thin cheap material, so I’m not too surprised. Good cord, bad spool design & materials.

    Took this to the woods while building a cabin. The cord is strong. I used it to string up tarps, hold down tents, as a dog leash, a 60′ clothesline, and tie anything securely. There’s a million uses for this cord, and is very strong and durable. The clothesline was used constantly, out in the rain, loaded with wet clothes, and it did stretch a very little bit, so I propped it up in the middle, but with hundreds of pounds of weight it didn’t break.
    I’d absolutely buy again, and I’m impressed with the strength and durability. Can’t go wrong with this cord
