They’re ok as headphones. There’s no way they would provide any hearing protection. I tried the large and medium foam inserts. The small wouldn’t have stayed in my ears.
I used them on the couch with the TV on normal volume and the headphones turned up all the way. I could still hear the TV which made my music difficult to hear.
These suck as ear pro.

This unit was comfortable enough, but didn’t protect from loud sounds very well. Most importantly, voices were not amplified, as advertised. All outside sounds merged into a load roar if you turned the volume up far enough, but it was entirely impossible to hear people’s voices.
The controls are also confusing, making it quite easy to hit the wrong button. Even once I figured that bit out, they didn’t do the job I bought them for.
I didn’t get a chance to try these properly until after the return window had closed, unfortunately, or I would have sent them back. Would not recommend.

Im a Welder/fabricator so I work i a quite loud shop, I was looking far a good pair of earbuds that would block out noise and still be able to listen to music. These did that pretty well, I was still able to hear if somebody called me and I could play whatever I was listening to at low volume because they sealed outside sounds well. I have a few large issues however. the button to pause and play doesn’t always work, so I would tap it again to see if that would help and it would call my last person on my call list, per design. Very annoying, next problem the charging cover is difficult to get off with your hands. There is also not a button to skip songs that I’m aware of, And lastly, three months in the one side stopped working, so I will need to replace them. Mixed results, I can live with all the others but I can’t work with only one side functioning, very disappointed

The product overall is very good. The volume buttons and the noise cancellation stopped working after 7 months continuous used.; however and to be fair, I did used the heck out of this device. I used them at work every 3rd day for 12hrs or more. I used them at the gym while working out and at the range. The battery life is excellent. When I tried to conserved battery, It sometimes went for more than 3 days before needing a charge.
Great company with excellent customer service. When I contacted them about the issues I was having with the headset , they honored my 1 year warranty, and they issued me a new pair of of headsets right away. For a faster results and respond, I recommend contacting them directly through their customer service email instead of through githubja.com. You do need to provide them proof of purchase, so send them a copy of you receipt.
