I bought both sizes of this vest. This youth size fits my son that is 5’5 and about 100lbs. If you are bigger than this, get the full size. The biggest difference in the two vests are the pocket size is smaller on the youth model and the seat has a magnet and is considerably larger on the full size vest. The vest is very adjustable to get the right feel on your shoulders and placement of pockets.
