Really cool design. Takes a 10 minutes to set it up. Draw and carry are the same as a Safariland. It looks cooler and fits more pistols than my Safariland. I still like my Safariland more because it’s custom fit and does seem just a bit more failproof (because it’s less parts) but this is perfect for when I want to carry my full size pistol without taking my duty holster off it’s belt.

This fits pretty much any handgun that has the specific light rail with the streamlight tlr 1. I know multiple people who use this for USPSA comps.

Very awesome!!! Secured weapon and light very well. Fast release and draw. Sleek design, not as bulky as I thought. Works well with 1911 ds prodigy.

This holster is great! Not only because it is so universal, has smooth and simple drawing and reholstering. It’s perfect for range/home use, but it is not intended for duty use. It has retention for holster operation, but it is not intended for protection. Again, great for its purpose.

This holster has replaced a giant box full of various other holsters I had. Now I no longer have to switch belts or kit… I can maintain the same setup, even when I decide to carry a different sidearm. So long as I have a TLR-1 installed, I can use this holster for every railed sidearm I own… from a Ruger 22LR, to a CZ 9mm to a Glock 45ACP. While not a Level III retention device, and therefore not recommended for LEO duty use… the Level II retention should be fine for most folk. The thumb release has several size options, and operation is smooth and repeatable. So while not at the same level as say, a Safariland duty holster… I would consider it a step above a custom kydex holster that relies solely on passive retention.
Will work with SERPA quick-disconnect kits if you need to switch between different belts/rigs. There are also several 3rd-party companies that sell adapters so that Blackhawk holsters can be used with Safariland’s QLS system (this is what I use, since I was using Safariland holsters prior to this).
Just a great versatile piece of kit… and at a bargain price!

It indexes off the light , not the trigger guard. Every one I have tried, has worked just fine. The only negative is there is a little too much room near the trigger area for my taste, however it has been built to fit many different weapons.
Great product.
