Bought these for my 2 daughters for their self protection. Wow, after looking at these, they are made well, and God help the person that would end up getting tased by one of them. Would definitely buy again.

Very pleased with the apparent force this has, although I have not tested it physically. Just “air” testing the Zap, scared the dog away to the point he would not come near me, normally my shadow. Two issues, the control buttons are located about 2/3 the way up the tube, nearer the “business” end. I would prefer to hold it from the bottom. Also, in order to use the flashlight, the main control button must be “ON”, which leaves the Zap control (right next to the flashlight control) in an activated position.

This thing is impressive. It’s heavy enough to be a weapon without the stun. The stun part is scary AF. Haha I cannot find one person willing to let me try it out on them ;). My uncle was walking his bichone on a leash when two labs came out of nowhere and skinned and killed his dog right in front of him. I wanted a solution for that situation that was legal. This would do the trick. My dogs scattered when I did it in front of them (trying to get them used to the sound). Yeah I will need to have a death grip on their leash if I actually have to use this.

It’s a powerful weapon that packs a punch and it’s heavy which I like. It feels like a quality made unit. My only problem is where the stun button is placed on the wand (and it’s a pretty big one) the flashlight button and the stun button are too close together I’m always accidentally hitting the stun button by mistake in the dark. I also wish the stun button was closer to the end of the device and not in the middle. It makes the length kind of pointless.

I was very impressed with the effectiveness of just the sound alone. That certainly would scare off a vicious dogs. And would make a person think twice do you even get close enough to you if this is all you have for self-defense

I like that you don’t have to open it up. It’s so easy to use.

With my new puppy being a high theft dog, this goes with us everywhere we walk. The size and sound alone are quite the deterrent. It hasn’t been used on anyone yet but I feel safe with this at my side.

Plugged it in. Charging light did not illuminate. Left it plugged in overnight. Charge status same in the morning as it was when I plugged it in. Doesn’t charge.
Disappointed. Hoping to keep it in my RV for flashlight and protection/security. Supposed to be highly rated. Guess I got a lemon, but I don’t trust the brand any longer.
