Seems well made, holds the tourniquet well. Not a fan of the plastic clip it comes with to attach it to molle, it’s thin and doesn’t hold it as tightly to the vest as I’d like.

First off, EVERYONE needs a tourniquet. You never know when you’ll be the unintentional first responder…..If you angle the windlass just like in the picture, a SOF-T WIDE fits perfect. I’m sure a C-A-T will too. Tourniquet fits snug and the taco assists with removal of tourniquet when you pull on the flap. “I like it a lot.”(Forrest Gump voice)

The holder is very sturdy and slick looking, it holder the tq well and you can remove the “tq patch” and change it for a blood type or other patch if you would like.
