   K-BAR POCKET STRIKE. I just received this blade today and have been testing it out with a few knife drills ,simply put, this knife is a definite WINNER!!!! THE STRIKE has so many ways to use. For me , i can draw it a multitude of ways from pinky- middle finger for extra reach. In my opinion its made for a natural straight draw from sheath not reverse draw. Thats for me. You may be different?? Its pretty snug in the sheath until you break it in a little took about an hour of draws. But anyway I’ll keep it short. The STRIKE is a definite EDC for me. Not only does it excel at SELF-DEFENSE work but also basic cutting utilities. Ergonomics👌👍Blade👌👍Ease of use👌👍It does it all in my opinion. And it your a LEFTY like i am, its a very easy-to-use simple change over and boy was i HAPPY about that!!!. Very AMBIDEXTROUS RIG for lefties. That retention RING was a brilliant idea. Bottom line :BUY IT you will definitely not be disappointed!!! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟100%

   So this knife itself is great, despite the harsh rating, its a very effective edc tool, the knife came very sharp straight out of the package. The only gripe I have is it’s made in Taiwan, I own 4 other kabar knives and they’re all USA made, I didn’t know this was imported unfortunately. The ergonomic hamdling of the knife is great, tons of grip options for cutting tasks and its performed great over the weekend cutting and whittling and other light duty around the property tasks… NOW,The bad part of this package is the sheath! It’s definitely as bad as other reviews have stated. Mine is very loose and doesn’t have retention and actually has rolled the edge of the knife during carry and drawing just over the weekend. That is unacceptable, also unacceptable is that the knife has fallen out of the sheath once already during carry. The rattling coming from the knife moving around is very annoying and I see no way to remedy the poorly designed sheath so this is going into the safe until I find a acceptable replacement. Great knife, impossible to carry and use with the factory sheath is why it gets 3 stars.

   This is an awesome Karambit. It is coated with a non reflective coating. Fits perfectly in the hand. But one of the things I didn’t know until I had it in my hand is about the sheath. It has two notches. One on either side. It is meant to be kept almost loose in your front pocket. Either one. But when you draw it, you grab it from in your pocket by the ring , and as you pull it out the sheath’s cut-out catches the inside of your pocket and you pull the knife from that. It gets to the outer edge of your pocket before the blade is ever even seen. It never touches the pocket or any clothing. Totally incognito… also great price.

   If I had 1 dislike.. It would be one of the main features… the Black Coating…… after I’ve used it for a while… the Cerakote will chip off with use, Already started happening…. next time I will look for a Black STONEWASH Coating instead… But the tool is GREAT! Goes Straight into my camping bag.. Thanks!

    This thing came right of the box sharp AF! It feels great in my front pocket and love how it carries in with my EDC equipment. With ka-bar you know you’re getting great quality. I’ve used it out on the range and in a few training scenarios. Great reaction time to get it out of the pocket. The speed is great on it. Great on the price of it.

    You really have to shove it into the holster hard until it breaks in a little, very tight fit. Very durable knife.
