- 🐋 The absolute finest rigging knife available. Crafted from corrosion resistant stainless, Marine Tested, virtually indestructible G10 Composite, and German Marine Stainless Steel. G10 is a man made material that is impervious to the elements and it is the strongest handle for a knife intended for use at sea
- 🐋 The black G10 is an excellent base for the sailor’s own scrimshaw using white India ink. This knife thoughtfully links heritage with the most modern components
- The Pro-grade German Marine stainless that we use is comparable to 440C for hardness and edge-holding properties with additional anti-oxidation elements added for the final crafting of our knives. It features extreme strength and light weight
- 🐋 Rigging Tool Complete with Partial Serrated Blade and Marlinspike with Leather Lanyard Strap 🐋
- 🐋 MYERCHIN has been providing quality rigging tools to working seamen and seawomen since 1984. Throughout the years, our company has concentrated on doing one thing in an exceptional manner, i.e., the production of some of the finest rigging tools in the world. Our customers include the US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Army, merchant marines, and sailors around the world. Ask any sailor about MYERCHIN knives and you’ll probably get the answer, “real working tools.”

Made a great Christmas gift! My sailor loved it!

I love this little knife! It arrived sharp in a nice box with a great little belt sheath that’s just the right size and shape to not get in the way. I bought it for a sail in Croatia and it performed just as I’d hoped.

Love every thing about this knife except the liner lock. It is just harder to release to close and puts your finger in harms way when trying to close it. Other wise a high quality well made knife.

I carry this. I’m not a sailor; I’m a RN with 30 years FD/EMS. I carry this for cutting seatbelts and clothes that are too heavy for the efficient use of my X-Shears. The marlin spike is handy for undoing knots. If you’re in the business, or have what I call a “give a shit gene” annual CPR class and Stop the Bleed class > what I call 0 Responders, those present or soon upon a situation, have a unique opportunity in near all of medicine for near instantaneous interventions that stop processes and change outcomes, opportunities typically lost by the time the calvary arrives. Yearly because you won’t be using the skills often enough to maintain competences which is resolved by signing up with a volunteer FD/EMS or volunteer EMS, Typically the training is free and by riding master the basics and build from there. I know this is supposably a knife review, but knowledge before toys.

Heavy grade steel – solid in hand. Like a Swiss Army Knife on Steroids!!! Love it.

My grandson loves this. The knife is extremely sharp, but I guess it has to be in order to cut rope. I got it for him to get knots out. He loves to create intricate knots.
It is nice and beautiful. Great gift.

Really nice sailing knife. Beautiful craftsmanship and heavy duty. Sheath is perfect for preventing the knife getting caught on lines or rigging. Like knowing I have this in easy reach if needed.
