    Great quality.

    Side “pockets” use dramaticly reduces inner section use. Front pouch use upper or lower are the same. They are outside main area but still push inward 50 percent. Upper and lower pockets are slits like the side that reduce main area capacity.

    If the inner chamber is packed firm with coats for a test all side or top or bottom pockets are almost useless. The pouches on the back can then have a little stuff in them but not the inside pockets of the pouches etc. you will NEVER get to use all those pockets without taking stuff out of the main compartment.

    I’ve been using a maxpedition backpack for the last 7 years as a laptop bag but upon buying a new laptop, found that the bag is too small. In looking through a number of similar bags on githubja.com, I originally ordered the one in black but found it too cheaply made. The build quality on this isn’t quite the maxpedition, but it was $50 cheaper so I feel like it’s an acceptable trade-off. The bag has pretty great build quality for the price, seems like it will stand up well. The zippered side pockets will hold a standard size Contigo mixer bottle. The zippered rear compartment will easily hold a 15.6 inch laptop. The main compartment will easily hold a weekend worth of clothes and the whole thing is easily portable making it the perfect weekend travel bag for me. I considered many competing bags (5.11 & other more expensive options) but for the $$ I don’t think this can be beat and the extra $20-30 is well worth it over some of the “tactical backpacks” on here. Note, this can be gotten cheaper through the manufacturer but without 2 day shipping. I’d have saved roughly $10 taking LAPG’s standard shipping option but as I have a trip coming up, preferred prone shipping.

    we have a few other backpacks that i paid move for.. this one is in a car and gets used and moved around more than the others and does not show ANY wear. great bag .. i need a new back to replace one that paid more for and gets less use.. don’t think about getting a more expensive pack . this one is great. better zippers , more compartments , and better straps ..

    Traveling with a toddler is sometimes difficult. Bought this back pack to travel to South Africa for holiday. The bag came in handy. Fits perfectly in plane compartment. Considering to buy 24hr pack for personal day to day use

    I like the organization in the front pocket. It’s not over top with a bunch of compartments and pockets like some bags have. It’s practical and makes sense. The little top pocket is perfect for small every day items. There’s a pocket at the very top near the carry handle that perfectly fits a compact pew-pew. I use mine for the gym primarily and it fits an outfit, a few pieces of gear, a bottle, and a pair of shoes. Packed right, it could fit more. Construction feels durable. Overall I’m glad I didn’t spend nearly $200 on this other bag I was looking at.

    Hands down the best bag I’ve bought . Bought a second one for another first responder. This back goes with me everywhere , I managed to fill it and could live out of it for a good 3 days. Tough material and plenty of Molle to attach whatever you want. I have a rip away IFAK on mines . As the back portion of the back pack could easily hold a camel back .

    This pack is absolutely wonderful. The main reason I purchased this pack was because of how much Molle it offered on the pack compared to others. I also bought this pack for the purpose of using it on hiking trips. Not to mention, that this pack has a built-in hydration pouch (a very large one, it can easily fit a 3Liter Hydration pack). This pack has so many places for your sunglasses or miscellaneous or other small objects. and a lot of space for medkits or larger items. Albeit it’s only a 24-hour pack, It is massive. Later on, I’ll add some photos with the pack. It seems like the pack is made of good quality for its price range. 5.11 or LAPG? I would probably pick LAPG just for the price point and good quality compared to 5.11, which can be a little tough on the wallet. 2022 Update: This pack is still holding up strong. I use it as a range bag and I take it with me for day-long hikes. The zippers are holding up well. One of the main problems with most packs is that their zippers break or wear-out super quickly, but not the case with this pack so far. I attached some extra bags/pouches to my LAPG pack and threw on some patches to show how much velcro space there is. ***Disclaimer; attached bags to the front of the pack do not come with LAPG bag***. But if you need extra storage, lots of molle to attach more packs/pouches.

    I already had a 12 hour bag but that wasn’t big enough. This 24 hour bag has so much trim. I can fit a large laptop charging cables in just the main pocket with still so much room. There are so many other pockets with and without zippers. It’s comfortable and easy to carry
