It’s a great bag, with lots of storage BUT this is the second one where the plastic clip on the main compartment has cracked. i sent the first ine back and now the on replacement bag the clip is cracked after 5 months of daily use. To say the least I am disappointed and will not buy this product again.

Feels good to carry. Easy to organize. The clear pockets on mine are sewn shut, I don’t think it’s supposed to be like that but honestly I don’t have time to wait for a replacement.

I like the sturdiness of this bag. It seems well built and so far I haven’t had problems with it tearing or falling apart. I like that it has just enough pockets to organize stuff without being bulky. Two things I wish is that it had a grab handle for quick pick up, and a velcro spot for attaching a medic patch but it’s not a deal breaker. Lightning X put a good amount of thought into the primary users needs for this bag (EMT/MEDICS). I did notice that the bottom buckle strap is a tad too short. I barely stuffed the front flap pocket and the buckle strap barely fits and it doesn’t adjust longer to fit.
I bought it to use as a film set medic and then the virus happened and shut down all film productions so I haven’t used it often. I will update as to its durability after more usage. I like the red color.

This bag is well made and has storage and pockets everywhere. I’m using it for trauma bag for my POV. Only reason I gave it four stars is because I haven’t had the bag for very long but it looks well made.

This is a great bag for any responders who would show up before an ambulance crew to a scene. Lots of space in the main compartment and tons of pockets to organize any first aid supplies you carry. While it can carry a good amount, I personally prefer a slightly bigger bag as a first in bag when I’m working a rig, but that’s my preference.
If you’re not a first responder, I would still recommend this as a first aid bag for your car, camping, hiking, or anything that you’d be active.

I bought this to use as a daily bag. It has been perfect. The main compartment is big enough for my wallet a book and a small pouch. All the extra pockets and attachment points make for a fantastic daily use bag. The adjustable straps are very nice and the padded shoulder strap adds comfort for easy tote-ablity!

This is my 2nd Lightening X bag – I have the large trauma bag as well. There is a lot of workable space with this bag: the top fold out flap has a fairly deep pocket as down the fold down flap with clear storage pockets in front. The interior has more than enough room for the basics you would want to carry around with you and the webbing on each side of the main compartment helps to keep things organized and secured. There are additional zippered pockets on the side that fold out a bit (great design!) and yet another pocket on the backside. Whomever designed this bag optimized all available space for compartmentalization and organization. The padded shoulder strap is actually padded, unlike many shoulder straps.
I like my large trauma bag but it’s too heavy to carry with me all the time. I can put a little bit of everything in this bag and carry everywhere. Solid construction and stitching. A lot of thought went into the design of this bag. Well worth the price.

The bag is darn near perfect for a walking medic bag at the construction site. I have a large bag, but wanted one to keep on me while doing safety observations. Plenty of room in the compartments, plenty of compartments. The bag is comfortable to carry across the chest or over the shoulder. My only minor complaint is the front pocket is very limited in space and with the clear compartments I wanted to but some OTC meds but the strap doesn’t allow the compartments to hold much and still Velcro closed. I put the OTC in a baggie in another dept
