This works perfectly mounted on a ronin tactics belt, as I’m sure it would on almost any tactical belt. It’s built like a tank out of high quality materials. Just don’t expect to fill it with a whole bunch of junk. It’s meant for the meat and potatoes of first aid. 10/10 would recommend.

Great IFAK med kit. Unable to ask a question about the item because I have not purchased one yet so I had to create a review which seems kinda odd. Does this item come with all of the medical gear in the Responder IFAK pouch? In the item description it says **This is the POUCH ONLY**which is confusing because the description is not listing what items are in the pack. So the question is; Is the Pouch being sold for $69.99 without the medical supplies?

My tourniquet fits perfectly. The malice clips are very quality they will fit a 2″ or 2 1/2″ belt. The pouch comes empty, but it’s worth every penny. Very stout.
