Hadn’t really looked for this but when I did — bam! Found this.
I have a 64 oz. Klean Kanteen growler (specifically for beer — works great) and it fits great in this pouch. Just a shade of extra room but still nice and secure.
I’ve been wanting a bag/pouch for my Toaks 1100ml pot (and the wood-fire stove that’s supposed to nest inside) but the listed dimensions for this pouch seamed a little small. Fits right in, mesh bag (on the Toaks) and all. haven’t maxed it out yet. Bought a second one. Growler and cook-set.
Maxpedition: quality is good (way). Made in Taiwan: could be worse. Been stored flat so the zippers were a bit stiff. Crammed the growler in and it made the shape cylindrical again. Did that for both pouches: worked fine.
I’ve yet to field test much (one outing for the growler) but I suspect these will do well.
I will update if anything changes.

Saw someone use this for their JetBoil portable cooking system and said I need one too. It is a little pricey for a case, but it does just what I need it to, keep my $100 camping cooker safe. Maxpedition is a good brand and you get what you pay for. This is not made of a cheap material that will rip. I’m thinking a grinder or circ saw should cut thru; but besides that, anything you can do to it short of being tied to the bumper of your car and pulling around town for the day, it should last a very long time. The whole JetBoil system fits, with an extra fuel tank (besides the one in the JB mug), and an extra 3inch tall mug I had in there too. The outside zippered pouch is good for holding any extra forks or utensils you might bring also. Has a straps and also some velcro all over to help stick to places you might want to hold it. It’s a little expensive for a case but I feel if it is what you are looking for, spend the money and you will be happy with the purchase.

Like others I’ve been debating if it’s worth the money and it IS top gear quality. The fabric is thick, sturdy and insulated. This can hold all five C’s; Container, Combustion, Cordage, Cover, and Cut. You can attach it all to the sides and store other gear in the roomy pouch. It can be used instead of a pack using a shoulder strap. It also stashes good in or attached to a ruck sack with the molle webbing all around the bag. My only gripe is, the molle straps have to be purchased separately.

This fits my Guyot Design Backpacker stainless steel water bottle inside a Snow Peak Titanium Trek 700 Cooker with plenty of room for extra. If you want a water bottle holder to attach to anything smaller than a 2000 cubic inch 3-day pack, size down. If not or you want to carry this alone as an emergency kit carrier, this is a good size. The PALS webbing on the side is ideal for attaching the holder sideways on a pack to reduce overall bulkiness. The design of the top with zipper makes it seem like a mechanical puzzle sometimes; however, it’s functional and very durable. The holder comes with the same clip as the 10×4 and all the pictures of the 10×4 are an accurate representation of this one except this one has a strap on the back that seems to be a handle.
I’d buy this again and would give it 5 stars if it had integral straps to attach it’s PALS to a packs PALS.

Expensive, but good bottle bag, very useful

This pouch is great! It’s very durable. It fits the Klean Kanteen 40 & 64 oz bottle with a few inches of head room. I haven’t checked if I can fit the MSR fuel can in there too, but I’ll update my review once I do. The Grayl Geopress fits as well, with plenty of side room, but the lid reaches the top of the bag, so you can’t fit anything above or below the bottle. I wish the external pouch was a little larger. I think Maxpedition could’ve made it slightly larger without it seeming awkward. Then again, there’s plenty of molle to add pouches on the sides. I just didn’t want to buy more pouches, and don’t know if I want to add the extra bulk either.

Pues eso. Es algo cara, pero se ve bien fabricada. Una ICOM IC-705 cabe perfecta, con los cuatro accesorios, micro, trípode ATU-10…

I own quite a few Maxpedition pouches. I really like the durability and adaptive nature of the products. The Maxpedition 12” bottle holder fits my wide mouth 750ml Stanley thermos perfectly. I clip the Maxpedition to my lunch bag (the thermos doesn’t fit inside) and my soup, or stew follows me wherever I go. Front pocket is big enough for an extra spork, opined #10, bandana, hand sanitizer plus a few more bits. Really useful for me.
