   Before you buy this please note it is BIG. I have several other Maxpedition Organisers and I could store them all inside this one. Did I mention it was BIG. It was designed to “conceal” a hand gun so it only has half the organisational lay out of an ordinary Organiser. By that I mean one side is given over entirely to hook and loop so you can affix a gun to it. (Not that I have gun or would want one!)

   Das Gummiband machen es einfache Taschenmesser, Lampe, Stiefte oder Klinklicher usw zu verstauen.
   Auf der anden Innenseite ist ein KlettBand und Klettfläche, gut gutgeeignet für verschiede Sachen.

   Leider fehlt die ein oder andere Einschubtasche und innere Reisverschlusstasche.

   Produkte von Maxpedition zeichnen sich durch die verwendeten sehr derben schweren Materialien aus die für ein Jahreslanges benutzen bürgen.

   Gave this to a female co-worker for her Walther .22. She was very happy with the gift. I like maxpedition products. I own a mini for edc stuff and a beefy as a small tool kit. My girlfriend uses a fatty organiser as her purse and people are always amazed at how much stuff it holds and how organised she is. Just dont expect to hang the chubby off your belt and access your firearm quickly, its not really designed for that but awesome as a range bag.

   As a preamble, have had this Maxpedition Chubby Organizer for about 6 weeks now, and we’ve put it through the ropes for the limited time we’ve had it. This organizer was originally purchased to aid as part of a travel system where we could implement another concealed firearm in our vehicle, but also be able to shift it to a backpack/range-bag/suit-case of our choice when need be. It has basically become the top-tier of our vehicle EDC system after the trip, and its worked as expected the whole time. The second picture shows the contents of the entire organizer, lest what is shown in the first picture, which is in the outside mesh pocket. Within the entire organizer we were able to fit: Outer Pocket – Notebook – Pen – Pencil Inner Zipper: – Two handwarmers – Aluminum foil – Still some room to spare for notes, maps, etc. Left Side – 50 Ft. of 550 Paracord – 10 Zip ties – Leatherman 831426 Wingman Multi-Tool – http://www.githubja.com.com/Potable-Aqua-Water-Treatment-Tablets/dp/B001949TKS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1441063819&sr=8-2&keywords=potable+aqua – Small Folder – Glow Stick – Big Lighter Middle Portion – ThruNite Archer 2A V2 CW U-Shape Tactical Thumb Groove Waterproof Firefly Strobe Reliable AA Flashlight, Cool White Right side – Stanley 66-344 4-in-1 Pocket Screwdriver Right Side – Gen 4 Glock 26 – Spare Magazine – Red Fenix LD Adapter wedged between the firearm and magazine Some things to ponder. The screwdriver in the middle portion holds fine for my taste, although perhaps might not for others. That’s not because the Organizer’s strap is faulty. Its just because of the location of the pocket clip makes it slightly odd. The straps for each of the slots has held each of the components extremely well, which is as to be expected with Maxpedition gear. If it had gotten loose already, it would have been a great disappointment. Overall, the rest of the Organizer is extremely well constructed. Its double stitched, and we also poured water on it initially as a test, and it shed it off like it was no big deal. As shown, it weighs 3-4 lbs, so that is something to keep in mind. Also, we love that the right side is customizable. We could easily remove the firearm/magazine and opt to use the right side for other equipment. For now though, this configuration suits our needs best. To finalize, solid construction, decent price point, works as needed and have no complaints whatsoever. Would purchase another one in a heartbeat.

   The organizer itself is very well made, and is exactly what I was looking for. The one thing that I wasn’t completely satisfied with is the included universal CCW holster. While it works, the strap with the hook and loop that holds the weapon in is just a little too short for my liking. As shipped, it just barely fits around the trigger guard on my XD45, so it doesn’t seem as secure as I would like it to be.

    I have a dozen or more pocket/pouches from this product line and the only gripes I can come up with is Maxpedition never put the product name on the pouch and they never made a generic white morale patch that I could use as a label (so far no body has). I was always picking up one and then try to figure if I picked up a beefy or a chubby pouch and attaching a split ring dangle label so I knew what was in the pouch (cables, batteries, ration packs, battery chargers, camera gear, flash drives, small tool or first aid kit and so on). A small price to pay considering how well constructed these pockets are. Several different sizes and colors. So much better than their current line.

    I was actually trying to purchase a larger EDC pouch. I did not mean to order this. When it arrived I felt disappointed. Then I took a careful look at the Chubbs, and a smile slowly lit up my face. I grabbed my stainless steel 38 Special, and set it up so solidly in the pouch that I was happily surprised. I have since added some gear and tools inside, making it a bit of a life-and-death/range bag. The zippers are of Maxpedition quality (the best), and have impressively sturdy locking zippers. When you zip them shut, you line up the holes in the safety zippers, and put a lock through them! I believe 100% in the right to bear arms, but I also believe in gun safety. Super impressed with Maxpeditions lockable zippers, other materials, and craftsmanship. Safety first! Always!!!

    I have carried this organizer every day for months. It is the perfect size to carry a concealed gun, along with a survival kit, or trauma kit. I have mine set up to hold my CCW, along with an extra magazine, and a bullet wound trauma kit that includes combat gauze, quick clot, and a tourniquet. It is a great product. I’ve had no complaints with any Maxpedition pouch that I’ve purchased.
