   The product is as advertised. Construction seems solid, of aluminum with what looks to be a durable black finish. A little bulkier and heavier than a mini maglite.

   The flashlight beam is a nice blend of spot and flood, so you get a concentrated beam that is useful at distance, but with wide angle light that illuminates your surroundings at short range. Switching from high power to low power is not as difficult as some reviewers have made it sound. I will say that switching the light on and off (or switching it from high to low) requires a pretty deliberate press of the tailcap switch, but that is not a bad thing in terms of preventing accidental switching like might happen in a pocket or a tool pouch.

   Can’t speak to durability yet, but the light does everything I need it to for the moment. I hate the fact that it is made in China. Wish Maglite would make a mini maglite with a tail cap switch – I’d pay more for that (if made in USA) than I did for this. Or would pay more for a Pelican that was USA made, for that matter. But this light seems to be well made, and definitely performs.

   Well first off, my Pelican 2360 Tac Light was given to me as a gift and I also have 2 really nice heavy duty underwater (aquatic) flashlights by Pelican and they have not let me down yet! My Kayaks are Pelican with the exception of one youth Lifetime Kayak and a Canoe. The Pelican 2360 Tac Light has been a true blessing especially when the power goes out from storms or for any other reason, and I have to say with many thanks to our Good Lord Jesus Christ, they don’t go out often! I use this light as my primary outside light when checking on things around the home and property. I love the fact that the strobe on this Pelican 2360 will possibly disable an attacker whether they be Animal or Human, how I know this, well through my own trial and error as some folks call it, I call it both but mostly stupidity, because I set it up on a shelf outside later in the evening and backed off about 3.5 feet and I will tell y’all, that rascal really will blindly disable ya, or at least it did me for a little while and I barely even looked into it long at all! Just that feature alone makes it a safety tool to carry with ya in the Vehicle(s), keep at home within reach at bedtime or whenever, travel as in hotel rooms and also while hiking, camping, boating kayaking, as well as many more activities! I just had to vent about this amazing light, my Family absolutely knew exactly what I needed and it has been put to good use believe me! Oh, and it is absolutely without a doubt one of the most durable Tac lights I’ve ever used and I’ve used several, including a couple of “as seen on TV” ones! I have actually dropped this one (as well as my Aquatic ones) on cement and it (they) only have some scratches and one has a little tiny spot on the end from where it first hit! This was several years ago! Hope this helps! Even though I prefer, own and enjoy Pelican products, my review is honest and is in no way influenced by any entity! Thanks

   Pelican makes excellent flashlights. My 1920 withstood a year overseas in Afghanistan. This one is as bright as advertised, well constructed and gets excellent battery life. It is heavy and probably thicker than necessary…but that’s the price for ruggedness. Pelican’s customer service, however, is lacking. My switched died on my 1920…they sent me the wrong switch and now want me to ship the whole light back. This process has taken more than a month. Belt clip is removable. Low and high light levels on the switch.

   I used this flashlight every single day all day. It’s gotten oils on it grease rubber mud dirt and clay I drop the thing constantly because my hands don’t always keep their grip like they used to. (I’m 26) anyways this flashlight is so bright that I can see from one side of my apartment COMPLEX to the other side it’s a fairly decent sized place. lights here don’t emit enough light and it’s flat land and no tree are fully grown yet. Freshly planted ones because the place is new and still building other buildings on the property. I use this to see where predators are hiding in the tree lines of the property. When I’m at work I can clearly see into tight spaces and if I drop it I’m not worried about it getting broken. I’m just worried about getting it back haha. This flashlight is awesome for technicians and it’s great for dog walkers. People in my complex see my light and know who it is 😂 and what I’m doing 😅 this is also great if you take you dog on walks around areas where the sidewalk isn’t finished yet or just isn’t there. You are definitely seen and you need to remember this is as bright as a high beam lamp on a car. Please do not shine this light into passing vehicles. It’s not safe it’s illegal. Be smart. be safe. BEST FLASHLIGHT IVE EVER OWNED. Okay but I don’t enjoy the fact it takes batteries and isn’t rechargeable. If they made a 2360 R I’d legit go buy it. Remember this was a random gift I’ve owned it for a few months and it looks like this currently. You can also take the cap off, pull the o ring off and shimmy off the clip and flop it around. Shove it back on secure it with the o ring and twist the cap down. And then you can put it on your hat brim. Amazing product.

   Super bright pretty decent small package the head gets warm so you know it’s putting out some good power and there is some button function programmability with how you push the buttons and what it does with so many button pushes so that’s cool. Use the instructions the first time around to set it and then hopefully you’re happy with that because who finds the instructions again. It’s a solid little package the flashlight feels solidly built respectable has gaskets has a clip that’s sturdy enough and it’ll hurt if you look at it in the daylight or at night…😵‍💫

   Bright light , ten times better then maglite , and lets face it the real problem with mag lite is it comes one and runs out when u doint want it too, this light is great , its pushbutton design keeps light from comming on by accident , it still uses aa batts and more water proof , its not the cheapest but well built , ive been using for several years now and make all my maintenance guys carry , it will out bright any light you match up against of the same size and battery, ony down side is it will eat batteries , i probley go through a set every week or so but i use and carry every day …. If your tired of cheap flashlights that break or not bright or the first time u drop it its never the same again , this is your light
