I like how bright it is and that it has two brightness levels. I can get sufficient light for most needs at the low setting so the batteries will last a very long time.
The high beam is beyond expectations for a flashlight this size. It lite up most of the pasture on the way out to the barn. And the bright setting will stun someone.
I like mine so much I got one for my son who has a horse farm.

This light is designed as an EDC light. It’s pretty slim, pretty long, but if you’re looking for a spotlight, look elsewhere. This thing has some serious power and it’s great for short ranges. It has a momentary low light, momentary high light, and always on. Very good for the money.

I hope this light lasts forever for the price. The button does not have a on-off click function like most lights have. No click on-off button, push this button and get a momentary light soft or bright (soft is too soft to be useful for me). On high, it heats-up and burns the non rechargeable batteries at a fast rate. To turn it on steady, you have to screw the end piece in several turns which leaves it turned on. Then, you have to unscrew the base cap to turn it off. This may be a good thing, I do tend to leave lights on and accidentally kill the batteries, this I believe will prevent accidental discharge of the batteries. So, I will try getting used to it and I do like the clip. Not many lights have a handy pocket clip which is essential, who wants to wear a holder every day. So, if this thing lasts longer than the cheaper ones, I’ll consider it a win but I do think the price is very high compared to others.

Does it get any better than this? Surefire as always knocks it out of the park. You get what you pay for. This light is worth every penny. It’s slim, and comfortable in the hand. It fits nicely in the pocket however it is a bit long. I love the controls and they work great for an edc light. If looking for tactical light this isn’t for you probably, due to the twist cap.

This is the best EDC carry flashlight (e.g. walk the dog, house, running errands at dusk) it’s just super bright and doesn’t have a large profile when in your pocket. I love this flashlight and it’s worth the money, especially if you carry a firearm and need a light source (and you should be carrying a light at night if you do carry) so buy it!

I didn’t realize this flash light was so large.
Was looking for more of an edc light, but this is not practical as a pocket light. NBD, I threw it in the back pack instead.
Also battery cap which also twists to turn on light will prevent the on/off button from being used. Weird design

I purchased this flashlight and I am highly disappointed. First of all the low light function is NOT working. Secondly, I am not sure this is 1200 lumens. I compared it with a 750 lumens light and there wasn’t much difference at all. I think it is overpriced and I would not reccomend or buy again. My 750 lumens streamlight outperformed this by far. No comparison at all in brightness or functionality. I highly recommend streamlight over surefire.
However, the construction is 100% on point but i still can’t give it a 5 star rating.

Video. Two light slow presses and one hard press. Same light each time.
