I bought this brand because it is American made and it is a good flashlight. I am happy with it as far as what it can do. The only thing is when you use it on high power for any length of time the batteries weaken quickly and the light will only allow you to use it on low power, which is what it’s supposed to do. I’m disappointed in the the little time you have to use it on high power before that happens. I want the high power option available whenever I carry it, otherwise it is of no value to me for self defense. I wish it was rechargeable but it’s not. You constantly have to buy batteries for it . I purchased rechargeable battery kit from githubja.com but just got it haven’t been able to try that out yet. My lesson learned here: don’t buy a high powered light that is not USB rechargeable

I bought my first Surefire light over thirty years ago and still have it. I decided to up grade to a light the same size with more lums. This light is great, and the grip texture is perfect. I’ve used the Surefire rechargeable lights, but prefer the battery models. This is a great light to carry on a duty belt or jacket pocket.

Great combination of smaller size and durability.

Much like many others on here leaving reviews, I am kind of a flashlight snob. I really don’t know how many I have but it has to be close to a 100. Surefire has always been highly rated and considered one of if not the best brand out there and this light doesn’t disappoint. It’s bight, small, lite, durable and isn’t a battery hog. You won’t be disappointed

The light is great for the specific use it is intended for, low profile CQB. The problem is the holder, it is bulky.

Love the fact that its made in the USA and it works great! The only thing is the battery life is poor, even if I rarely use the 600 lumen setting. I use it on and off for very short periods of time maybe 5 times a day at work and the batteries die in about a week and a half. I have yet to try regular store bought batteries so hopefully those will last longer than the Surefire brand it came with. Otherwise I love it.

My wife is a physician’s assistant, and she needed a new light for her vehicle trauma bag. I got this for her as a stocking stuffer, and she loves it. Very nice that it has a dim and bright mode for different lighting conditions. The SureFire reputation for quality is worth a little extra money.

American made, long lasting and highly durable. Small so it fits almost anywhere, and emits light on two modes. A low power mode for battery conservation and a high beam for long distance and potentially blinding attackers. Worth the money.
