   It’s a decent blade. I bought one of each type (2x small) (2x large) serrated, non-serrated for a total of four blades. The larger blades come with a sheath that would be better suited for a really wide (2″+) belt. The smaller ones fit regular belts nicely. The metal clip does bend when the knife was pressed against my body when I was doing some physical labor, however, I took it off and bent it back in to shape. I prefer the regular versus the serrated to carry. I’ve read a lot of articles and the serrated ones (even though they look nastier) tend to get caught on clothing when used in self defense. I carry one with my daily and I like it a lot.

   This blade is on the midsection of my belt whenever I’m wearing pants. I liked some other blade designs for offensive/defensive use, but the curvature of the handle made concealing and drawing even from a seated position comfortable and fast. The handle is solid, and has a great texture. This knife has no frills or useless attributes. The sheath is well made. Ka-Bar was pretty smart designing the clip the way they did, making it difficult to have the whole sheath pull off the belt accidentally, and having a passive tension kydex style retention was absolutely necessary. A lot of time and research went into this, and they should be prideful of their product. I highly recommend it to any LEO on or off duty, or concerned citizen, just TRAIN with it some.

   Solid little knife and sits perfectly at home on my gun belt. It’s razor sharp and has no problem cutting anything I’ve tried so far. The handle is perfect for a reverse grip but doesn’t fit my hands as well in a regular grip, but I have big hands and it’s a small knife. Overall very happy with my purchase.

   I got my order yesterday (a few days early) and I’m more than pleased. It’s a bit larger than I expected but only because I didn’t read the details. That said, it’s very comfortable it is about the perfect fit for my medium/large hands. I don’t have any training with knives but I think it is pretty much foolproof. Full tang blade very sharp, has a good heft to it but not heavy. The holster is not so great but it works alright. Probably will try one of the aftermarket ones. Definitely glad I bought it.

   Best money I have ever spent on a knife, it is extremely comfortable inside the waste band, it doesnt print at all on my side (worn like a pistol) and I’m 5′ 11” about 180lbs, average male weight. My girlfriend is around 5′ 4”, not anything more than 105 and can conceal this knife easily. This is definitely going on my duty belt behind the magazine pouch, but I love carrying it with a t-shirt over it as well, it’s one weapon I always want to have, if I can’t draw my gun or I fighting over control of it . Absolutely love this knife, ka-bar knives has been around since 1898 because of quality like this, tdi knew exactly what they were doing when they designed this knife, designed by a cop for cops but works great for any man or woman. It feels great, draws easy like a pistol, razor sharp. I own at lot of knives and I’m not easily pleased, and this is definitely my new edc for self defense, nothing comes close, great price, if you’re thinking of getting it just do it, you’ll be very happy.

    Best defense weapon available. I was in need of a defense weapon. Im often alone when I show houses to renters or inspections. Im not a gun type, and have tried other non lethal weapons, ie hand striker batons and collapsible batons. The pocket baton is slow from pocket and would slip If had to ever strike. The collapsible baton to big to carry concealed and no good in close conflict.

    This fits nicely on hips under shirt without showing and spooking clients. Iwas worried would look too much like concealed gun but is nice and compact. After watching videos the larger version is more gun like. The smaller version is more concealed close conflict weapon. I found I like it on dominant side hip, makes easier quick grab and stab. Videos show if carry gun place on weak hand so as not to confuse. I recommend for men and women all situations to quickly end a conflict without hassle and problems of gun carring. And for under $40 cant be beat

    ナイフそのものとしては全く文句がありません。いちゃもんをつけるとしたら予想より小さかった事位。
    ただ、あくまでこのナイフは戦闘用で私には使い途がない。特に日本では持ち歩けないし(刃渡り的にはOKかもしれないが軽犯罪法で行かれるらしい)、コレクションアイテムと割り切るしかないでしょうね。
    プラ製のシースもカッチリハマるし凄く良いと思います。これを持ち歩けない日本の法律がこのナイフの最大のデメリットでしょう。

    This knife is well written up on the internet and youtube and all reviews I seen have been positive. Mine is no different as this is a great knife. The holster is not of the same quality as the knife, but it’s functional and will do just fine until I get an aftermarket holster. The knife has a great sharp edge and point, and the grip fits very naturally and comfortably in the hand allowing for a nice fighting grip. It will make a great self-defense knife.

    I think I’ll get the serrated version to go along with the non-serrated – who doesn’t need two of these!
