Purchased this rig for the military, I’ve been using it the last few years and has held up through all I’ve needed it to. Very durable, has great room for equipment, mags, etc. It keeps the majority of elements out (dirt, debris) but water, not so much. It will hold up to a light rain but in heave downpour and rolling around in mud/water your interior contents will get wet.
I would not make that a considerable negative factor though, as even through intense elements and conditions it still hold up very well. I do not regret this purchase and have told other soldiers about it.

This rig is different in two major ways from the Helikon-Tex TMR it obviously takes inspiration from:
• The front admin zipper has been replaced with a single row of webbing.
• A rear section hook has been added so that this can be used as a placard on a plate carrier!
Overall quality and materials are good. Multicam pattern matches well with other gear. Some of the camo pattern is even retained under night vision unlike many chinesium nylon products. My rig has seen some UV and water, the colors are beginning to fade normally; no pink or funky colors. Like the TMR the lower dangler pouch is just a molle horizontal GP pouch which is handy. It can easily be removed or replaced with a different pouch. Overall this is a fine mini rig and an improvement over the original design while being half the cost and actually in stock. It could be further improved by eliminating two of the four pistol pouches for a radio pouch or something. It’d be nice to see some more colors and patterns as well.

I like the rig, however I’m 5’4” and the shoulder straps are a little too long for me. They are not adjustable and the rig has a tendency to slide down toward my stomach instead of staying on my chest. I will try to figure out how to shorten the shoulder straps.

This rig was built a lot better than i expected. I am in the military and it’s doing a great job. Decent enough for the everyday use. Easy to adjust. Velcro holds securely. The magazine storage holds tight, sometimes a little tooo snug but works great.

Using for SAR missions. Holds hand-held radio, Garmin GPS, 380cal semi auto, numerous other items. Easy to put on. Adjustable fit. Friend bought the camo and also likes his. Much better than the one I’ve been using for 4 years but was too stubborn to get another.

So a dear friend of mine on a personal protection detail purchased this and showed it to me loaded out as a bail out vest. This thing is well made, quick to put on. Lots of mag pouches, very light, and durable.

It’s alright. For the price it’s not bad but there’s a few things that could be improved on. The biggest thing is that AK mags will fit but the pouches are just barely big enough. It’s to the point where you have to rock them into the pouches or the tab will get hung up on the edge, and the openings of the rifle mag pouches are kind of small, especially the front middle ones. AR mags fit fine. The pistol mags aren’t removable they’re sewn in so that’s kind of annoying but it’s to be expected at this price point. Not that big of a deal. Everything seems decent enough for the price but it’s definitely not an onward research or Haley strategic rig. It’ll do for toting around the bare minimum. Mags, a light, snacks, etc. I wouldn’t try and build it out to hold more than it was meant to tho, like ppl do with the micro chest rigs and minimalist plate carriers. Would be 4 stars if the mag pouches accommodated AK mags better. I guess you could switch out the middle pouches for actual mag retention tho since they can be removed and are kept in place with Velcro. It’s meh.
