   Very well constructed i love this vest system it lets you feel freed up and i’m a big big guy and it fits me wonderfully it it definitely 5X capable. I buy my jackets in 6X and this fits me just right with all the straps let all the way out but that’s ok it is exactly what i needed. The material that was used in its construction it really tuff stuff. and it has lots and lots of add on capabilities i was not expecting that you can not see in the picturs.

   Cons: 1.) Not designed for ballistic protection or carrying of a plate. It has a front zippered map pouch and that’s all the pouch is for. 2.) Pistol magazine pouches force right hand user to conduct ambidextrous mag changes which may be difficult for novice users. 3.) Left and Right shoulder strap pouches are weak buttoned and virtually useless. I removed the velcro pouch and placed an IR strobe and face paint in the zippered pouch next to my CAT. 4.) The distance of webbing on the shoulder straps makes mounting anything a weak point. 5.) All pouches pre-sewn so there’s no versatility and the molle webbing is sewn shut in various areas discouraging adaptability to additional pouches. Pros: 1.) Capable of handling 5.56×45 USGI NATO/STANAG magazine or 7.62×39 20rd “Tanker” AK-47 magazines. I haven’t tried 20rd AK-47 polymer mags for fitment yet. 2.) The vest offers utility at a savings. 3.) Highly adjustable for sizing but remeber to tape up loose ends. Overall I don’t have a problem with strongside pistol mags because I prefer weak side med/utility access. I don’t mind switching my pistol hand.
